Your prices are so low. Are your products new?
Yes, all products are new in the factory sealed container None of the items on
this site are refurbished or "display models". All come with full warranty.
Are all items available now?
Most all items are shipped direct from manufactures or distributors. That is why
we can have great prices for you. If the distributor is out of stock we will
notify you via e-mail when the item can be shipped.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as personal
checks. To order with a personal check, please fax a copy of the check to (708)
383-6455.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee all products to be free from damage or defects and insure all
shipments. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it within
30 days of receipt. Big Screens are service only after inspection is done by
customer at time of delivery.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped UPS ground and arrive within 5-12 business days unless
you choose otherwise. Freight is automatically calculated in the shopping cart
system based on weight. Alternatively, you may use your own UPS or Fed Ex
account for your shipment and we will not charge you for freight. Please specify
any special shipping instructions on your order. For International orders we
will e-mail your shipping charges for your approval.
